When you enter a room where Quina swims and can breath in Memorial. After the scene, search the corals to the right of the screen. When a voice is heard press the confirm button continuously. After defeating Hades you would be able to access the Hades synthesis shop.
To create some great weapons you would need the magic Hammer from Queen Stella (complete the stellazio side quest) |
